The beginning of April was very intense for me since I finally found the courage to "go to the people" and present my products at the Beaders Best 2016 in Stuttgart, Germany. It was a 3-day event organized by 'Perlen Poesie' within confines of the annual trade fair called Mineralien, Fossilien, Schmuck (minerals, fossils, jewelry).
When facing rainy weather of North Rhine-Westphalia nearly every day one can practically forget what does the clear blue sky look like.
Recently I visited an exhibition called "Modna i już – moda w PRL" ("FASHIONable in Communist Poland") at the National Museum in Cracow. To be honest, I couldn't wait to see it ever since I read an extremely interesting book "To nie sÄ… moje wielbłądy" by Aleksandra Boćkowska which studies that subject in details.
I didn't mean to publish on my blog every single trinket I made but my husband insisted on sharing my newest project with you so I had no choice. The story of these two small earrings is quite funny because initially I wanted them to look completely different. To tell the truth, I've created them a sort of accidentally.
I never thought it could be a good colour combination until the day I saw a certain photo on the Internet.
